C  R  E  A  T  I  O  N  Pt. 2.

1.  The Bible says that God created the world in the beginning.  It did not evolve.  Gen. 1:1.

2.  This creation was a fiat creation; God spoke, and everything he wished appeared, complete and finished.  Ps. 33:6, 9.

3.  The creation took seven days to be completed.  Gen. 2:1-3.

4.  The seventh day was a memorial of the six day creation, to be observed through out time.  Gen. 2:3.

5.  Creation was the work of the Godhead or Trinity; we read that God said, let us make man in our image.  Gen. 1:26.

6.  The Bible says that the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.  Gen. 1:2.

7.  The Bible reveals that Jesus was the chief creator.  John 1:3; Col. 1:16.

8.  The Bible bids us to remember our Creator especially in our youth; the word for 'creator' is in the plural in Hebrew.  Ecc. 12:1.

9.  Each day of creation was a 24 hour day; the days were not long periods of time.  Ex. 20:8, 11.

10. God made man stewards of the earth, but God will not allow man to destroy it.  Gen. 2:15; Rev. 11:18.
